What to do if it freezes and shuts down?
There are two kinds ways. One is left it on till the battery died then recharged it and it may work fine. The other is reset the camera by use a thin stick into the hole near the battery hole.

How does it zoom?
When you take a picture. You can zoom just by long press UP or DOWN button. (8x is the largest)
How many filters and stickers does this camera have?

How to exchange to selfie mode？
When you are taking a picture. Just press the right button(Album Button) it will exchange the selfie mode.
What’s the biggest SD card that can be used for this camera?
This camera fits any memory card of any size. And the camera package comes with a 32G memory card.
How to change the camera language?
We have set up all the camera language to English before we ship them out. If you want to set up by yourself. You could just press the Setting Function, Then choose the language and you could select the language you want.
How do you download the photos?
You can connect it to the computer with the USB cable and then download them to your phone or computer.
How do i know its charging ?
When the camera is charging, its screen will be in battery charging. And there is a red light in the camera.
How to use the string?
There is a hole on right side of camera; put the string through and then place the longer park of string through the loop you just put through hole and pull.
How to delete the pictures or videos?
When you are checking your album. Press the UP Button To delete specifical pictures or videos. Press the DOWN Button To delete ALL pictures or videos.
How is the quality of the picture and videos?
