GOUGIRI’s gardening shears are manufactured in Hyogo Prefecture at a factory with a history of over 70 years. By fusing the skills of craftsmen and press technology passed down from generation to generation, we produce a large number of gardening shears, including pruning shears, bud shears, bonsai scissors, and hedge shears.

GOUGIRI is made in Hyogo Prefecture, which is known as the production center for “household blades” and where techniques from the Edo period have been handed down for 250 years. We produce quality blades by combining modern equipment with traditional craftsmanship. We have begun to sell our products using traditional techniques to as many people as possible, not only in Japan, but also around the world.
