What is the yellow light that comes on when you push the on/off button and then the M button?
The red light indicates that normal video is being recorded. The yellow light indicates that an urgent video is being recorded. You can judge whether the recorded video is normal or urgent by the color of the indicator in the upper left corner of the screen. 1. Press the “M” button when recording normally (the red light is on), and the urgent video will be recorded. 2. Press “OK” button to pause video recording when recording normally (the red light is on), and then press “M” to enter menu setting.
Why are the rear camera images upside down?
You can see that in the dash cam, the car is shown on the left. This is the
right direction if you are facing the direction of the car (looking at it from the camera side). However, because the driver is facing the other way, the car appears on the
right side looking back from the driver seat.
The rear dash cam is in mirror mode. All signs and license plates are in the opposite direction. Please turn on “Rear Camera” in “Menu Settings” to cancle mirror mode.
View GPS track on your computerC
Because the mobile phone program does not support GPS recording at present, if you need to view the GPS track of the video, please use the computer to view it. 1. Select “USB MODE” in the settings, and switch to “USB STORAGE”. 2. Make sure to connect the correct interface when connecting the hardwire.
How to connect WIFI?
1. First, you need to download APP Roadcam on your phone.
2. When the dash cam is powered on, the front camera screen will display WIFI icon. (After 5 seconds of no operation, all icons will be hidden, and you need to press any key to display icons.) Long press the “UP” key to enter WiFi mode, and WiFi information will be displayed on the screen: WiFi name is SBC_ xxxxxx, the password is xxxxxxxx. (Warm prompt: After the mobile phone is connected to the Dash cam via WIFI, it is impossible to make any settings on the Dash cam. If you need to make settings, you can use APP.)
3. Search the wifi name of the Dash cam on the mobile phone wifi connection page, and enter the Dash cam wifi password to connect. Then open the app and click the device icon in the middle to enter the real-time recording page of the Dash cam.
